Started in 2009 at the initiative of Shri P Krishnan Nambiar, former PRO, is now an annual feature in KNSS activities. Pookkalams, traditionally associated with Onam celebrations in Kerala, transcended into Bangalore with its eye catching ‘Kalams and floral decorations’. The artistry exhibited in the competitions are praise worthy. The Pookkalams are judged by the eminent artists from Kerala and Bangalore.
