The management of the Society shall vest in the Board of Directors, which shall be the principal administrative body of the Society, consisting of the Board Members, Presidents and Secretaries from all Karayogams. A new Board will come into effect after every two years by way of Election/Selection from the respective Karayogams. All 42 Karayogams in Karnataka is represented in the board. Board also elect/select Office Bearers to the Board who oversee the functioning of KNSS and its Karayogams. Office Bearers and the Board Directors shall not receive any remuneration or reward for the services rendered to the Society and shall serve the Society in an honorary capacity.
