The Objectives of the Society

Without clear objectives and goal-directed action, no worthwhile results can be expected from any organization. KNSS was set up with the following objectives in its relevant efforts to promote the welfare of Nair Community in Karnataka. The following are the specific objectives:-

To promote unity and co-operation among members of Nair Community residing in Karnataka and thereby to serve the Society.
To encourage/ develop Social, Cultural, Religious, Educational, Economic, Charitable, Welfare and other allied activities for the benefit of the general public irrespective of cast, creed, or religion.
To establish, undertake and administer or participate in any Benevolent / Relief fund for the benefit of deserving members of the Society or and others, irrespective of cast, creed, or religion.
To organize, conduct, manage and / or participate in educational, charitable, social and cultural activities including by forming trust/s or similar associated concerns or organizations.
To create better understanding and cordiality with the general public in Karnataka irrespective of caste, creed, or religion and similar societies and / or organizations.
To do any other lawful things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects.

Area of activity

The activities of the Karnataka Nair Service Society are confined to the State of Karnataka
